Birthday Wishes Program
The Birthday Wishes Program aims to provide children residing in the community (with their natural and/or kin family) and who meet Dreams & Wishes Criteria with the opportunity to experience a Magical Birthday Celebration.
Dreams and Wishes believes that building positive family connections between a parent and child can be fostered through interactive family activity such as the planning of a birthday party.
It is hoped that the children participating in the Birthday Wishes Program will feel special, are able to participate in a meaningful activity with their parent/caregiver and enhance and strengthen their relationship with their peers.
Birthday Celebration Bag
Children will be provided with the opportunity to celebrate their Birthday’s with a
Birthday Celebration Bag which includes:
8 Plates
8 Cups
Napkins
Cutlery
Party Hats
Party Decorations
Invitations
Cake Mix & Frosting or Voucher
Party Game
Prizes
Loot Bags
Party Game Instruction Sheet
Birthday Celebration “Wish” Gift
Dreams & Wishes Foundation will attempt to provide a “Wish Gift” for the Birthday
child.
Special Birthday Wishes
Dreams & Wishes Charitable Organization/Foundation will consider all other special Birthday Wishes made by a child and/or family.
Holiday Dreams & Wishes Program
Santa’s Magical Holiday Breakfast
Dreams & Wishes aims to provide the magic of Christmas by inviting children and their caregivers to participate in Santa’s Magical Holiday Breakfast.
Children and their caregivers are referred through community agencies and are treated to a nutritious breakfast, entertainment, a visit with Santa Claus and a holiday gift.
Time, Date and Venue Location: Available in 2009.
Santa’s Dreams
Santa’s Dreams is a program provided primarily to children residing in family and women shelters. Children are provided with a pre-printed Wish List for Santa prior to Christmas. Children are encouraged to write a letter to Santa.
Each child in the shelter will receive a gift that is selected from the child’s wish list and the gift will be delivered, wrapped and accompanied by a personalized letter from Santa to be opened on Christmas Day.

Grand Dreams & Wishes
No Wish to Big, No Dream to Small, Dreams & Wishes tries to fill them all!
Dreams and Wishes will consider all special “Grand Celebration Dreams & Wishes” made by those children and/families identified to meet Dreams & Wishes Criteria.
All Grand Dreams & Wishes will be considered on an individual basis.
